As we transition to becoming a NASDAQ-listed company, we are expanding our Group Finance team in Zurich with a Corporate Controller. In this high-impact role, you will play a key part in strengthening our financial consolidation and reporting landscape — contributing directly to one of the most exciting phases in our company’s growth.

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Leading role in the preparation of consolidated financial statements
  • Analyze and validate reporting packages of group entities and support local finance teams
  • Maintain and optimize the consolidation tool and reporting structures
  • Continuously improve reporting processes and templates to enable meaningful forecasting and planning
  • Various key finance projects, including the transition to US GAAP and post-merger integration
  • Work closely with your colleagues in FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and various business functions
  • Liaise with auditors, advisors and other external stakeholders

 

Your profile:

  • University degree in Finance or Accounting, ideally combined with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting, or equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of consolidation systems (e.g. Oracle HFM, OneStream)
  • Fluency in English (with German being a plus)
  • Experience with US GAAP and/or IFRS is a strong advantage
  • A proactive, hands-on team player with a high level of resilience and flexibility
