For our Corporate Service Center in PL-Katowice we are currently looking for a:

 

Manager Procurement Excellence

 

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Lead the Procurement Excellence Team
  • Define procurement’s functional vision and strategy in line with the company strategy and goals
  • Develop and execute strategies and solutions for risk management, resilience and market intelligence
  • Develop and update procurement policies and guidelines in collaboration with Central Procurement and relevant Stakeholders
  • Discover, design and build fit for purpose procurement process solutions, including the implementation of a world class digital strategy, use of business process outsourcing, and deployment of internal resources
  • Drive, support and monitor global implementation of group template and procurement best practices, including training programs
  • Drive supplier and procurement standards
  • Develop a data-driven culture and ensure the availability of up-to-date, integrated, and consistent procurement data
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance, provide recommendations
  • Benchmark industry best practices and continuously advance procurement capabilities

 

Our Requirements

 

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, engineering or several years of experience in purchasing
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining global process landscapes, ideally in the IATF 16949 environment
  • Knowledge of networking, processes, platforms, tools, IT, technology
  • Skills in strategy, analytics, big data
  • Distinct intercultural competence
  • Very good knowledge of the English language (min. C1)
  • Good knowledge of German is a plus
