For our Corporate Service Center in PL-Katowice we are currently looking for a:
HR IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an HR IT Support Specialist to join our in-house HR Systems team. This role will not only be responsible for supporting our employees in using our HR tools but also for contributing to the further development of these tools and processes, including the configuration, management, and optimization of various SAP SuccessFactors modules as well as other HR systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with 1-2 modules in SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent and Performance Management, Learning, or Reporting/Analytics), a strong inclination for technology, and a genuine interest in diving deeper into technological topics. While extensive experience is not required, the candidate should be eager to learn and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR systems.
Your responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to employees and teams using HR IT tools, addressing any technical issues or inquiries.
- Support in the configuration, administration testing and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent and Performance Management, Learning, and Reporting/Analytics.
- Contribute and support in system implementation and rollout projects
- Provide training and support as needed for HR and employees
- Assist in the development of user guides and training materials for end users.
- Support on regular system releases
- Eventually take on an owner role for a specific module and / or be part of further implementation and rollout projects
Our requirements
- Hands-on HR Systems experience in 1-2 SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Talent and Performance Management, Learning or Reporting/Analytics)
- Technical Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, think critically, and troubleshoot technical problems within the SAP SuccessFactors platform and its integrated systems
- Strong Inclination for Technology: A natural aptitude for working with technology and a keen interest in learning and supporting new systems
- Ability to manage small projects independently, such as system updates or enhancements, ensuring they are delivered on time
- Willingness to learn and dive deeper into technical topics
- A degree in Information Systems and / or SAP Successfactors certifications is a plus
- Experience with System Integrations is a plus
- Experience in SAP HCM on premise (e.g. PA, OM, PT, PY) and the integration to SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
