Manager Supply Chain - Holten

In these challenging times we are looking for an innovative, enthusiastic and motivated Manager Supply Chain who can contribute to the further professionalization of the Supply Chain organization.

Your main tasks

• Leading the Supply Chain organization of the Plant in Holten with an intercultural team consisting of members located on-site and in our coporate service center in Katowice
• Monitoring of the Supply Chain processes of the Plant in Holten
• Responsible for the smooth supply of production materials, as well as for the organizational handling of deviations in order processing
• Ensuring delivery reliability and maintaining supplier relations
• Contact person for escalation in the tracking of deadlines
• Participation in projects for the further development of the organization
• Contact person for the relevant internal / external interfaces
• Reporting the relevant key figures to purchasing and management
• Supporting and executing commercial agreements in the given frame

Your background

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain, Business Economics or Industrial Engineering and several years of experience in a dynamic international organization
• NEVI is an advantage
• Proven track record within a technical / industrial environment
• Leadership skills and ability to act on tactival level but also manage day to day business and execute tasks (hands on)
• Experience in a matrix environment is an advantage
• Excellent command of Dutch and English both written and oral. German is preferred
• Knowledge of MS Office and SAP R/3 MM module is a requirement
• Ability to work in a team, openness and professional appearance are prerequisites
• Strong communication and analytical skills, ability to work under pressure and tenacity are among your strenghts
