After Sales back office

1-  Job Mission

To provide administrative support to the After Sales Department and to contribute to its growth performing commercial task and customer follow-up Service support / Technical support

2-  Task and responsibilities

To invoice the works done by the department (done in workshop or in customers facilities)

To provide administrative support

To make offers to client (repair service, maintenance contracts, IntelliOPS contracts)

Monitoring and billing maintenance contracts

Process  the vendor’s invoices (suppliers, workshops, etc)

Tracking and control of department´s shipments.

Follow-up the commercial campaings of the Department.

Annual control of the periodic maintenance of the workshop equipment

Spare parts invoicing

Spare parts an warranty pools cost control

Develop after sales marketing campaigns

Technicians lodging and travel control

Personality

Social skills, well organized, polite and kind.

 

Professional Competence

FP II degree or administration related studies.

Invoicing and back office experience.

Knowledges with Microsoft Office package

Medium English level

8-  Job requirements (nice to have)

SAP knowledge

Accounting medium knowledge.

Advanced English level

Some experience in sales and customer service.
